Your starting point for personalized nutrition support. We'll review your health history, current eating patterns, and goals — then build a realistic, evidence-based plan you can actually use.

Best for: Adults with Type 1, Type 2, Type 3c, or LADA diabetes, those on GLP-1 medications, or women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Nutrition Follow-Up Session

45 minutes | $75

Ongoing support to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, adjust your plan, and keep building momentum. Follow-ups are where the real change happens.

This should only be booked after an initial consultation.
